- Preheat waffle maker.
- In a high powered blender, blend together eggs, milk, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Add in cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, paprika and blend until incorporated.
- Place chives and cheese in the blender, and give a quick pulse to mix.
- Spray waffle iron with non-stick spray or olive oil.
- Use a large cookie scoop to portion batter onto the waffle iron. Close the lid and cook for 4-5 minutes. Waffles are done when they are golden.
