So there’s this whole new fasting trend, where people aren’t eating breakfast. In my opinion, breakfast is the best meal of the day. It has all the best foods, pancakes, crepes, french toast, cereal, eggs and bacon, or perhaps even sausage and WAFFLES. It’s all the good stuff.
