Chai Spice Blend

A perfect blend of warm flavors to add to your favorite tea or baked goods.

Ingredients
  

  • cup Ground cardamom
  • 5 tablespoons Ground Cassia cinnamon
  • 8 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 4 teaspoons Ground cloves
  • 4 teaspoons Ground black pepper

Method
 

  1. Place a sieve over a small bowl.
  2. Add each ingredient one at a time, making sure it completely passes though the holes of the sieve into the bowl below.
  3. Whisk all of the spices together to create a uniform blend.
  4. Place in a mason jar or ziplock bag to keep fresh.
